About The Artist

Everything that is real was imagined first. - The Velveteen Rabbit
I make jewellery to be lived in ★
Sculptural and tactile, each piece begins in wax, carved slowly by hand until the form feels as though it has found its own shape, before being cast in recycled silver or gold.
I'm drawn to transformation: how wax becomes metal, how jewellery gathers the traces of a life, and how ordinary objects become vessels for memory. I'm interested in the relationship between people and the things they keep close. A ring is never just a ring. It marks a promise, a celebration, a goodbye, or simply the passing of time. Through wear, it gathers warmth, scratches and stories until it becomes inseparable from the person who wears it.
I carve directly into wax, allowing the material to guide each decision until the piece feels settled. It's an intuitive process of discovery rather than replication, leaving room for instinct, texture and the unexpected. I want each piece to feel as though it has emerged rather than been manufactured.
Sustainability is fundamental to my practice. I work with recycled precious metals and produce in small batches because I believe how something is made is as important as the finished piece and the future it enters.
Alongside my jewellery practice, I teach wax carving workshops, creating space for others to experience the same sense of discovery through making with their hands. Watching an idea become an object is something I never tire of.
